Sprinkler timers

Sprinkler timers are the ideal accessory for any irrigation system. Timers allow sprinklers to water a yards without being manually turned on. This means yards can be irrigated in the middle of the night or right before sunrise.

Sprinkler timers can be attached to a garden sprinkler or a garden hose. These kinds of timers usually only control one sprinkler, and need to be manually set. But garden sprinkler timers should be used with caution because they only turn off the sprinkler and do not usually turn off the water source.

For large systems, sprinkler timers are a must. They control all of the aspects of the sprinkler system. These timers are installed with a clock at the sprinkler control box. For residential yards this control box is most often placed in the garage area of the home.
